Renewal in Amish Country
Our Renewal group (age 55+) is planning a day-long bus outing to Amish country Saturday,
May 18. The group will depart the church at 7:30 a.m. and return by 7 p.m.
You’ll be able to explore flea markets, quilt stores, gift shops including Christmas
shops, antique parlors and much more.
The day will include stops in Sugarcreek, Walnut Creek and Berlin; you’ll get the
chance to explore flea markets, quit stores, antique stores and other attractions.
There will be a buffet lunch at the Dutch Valley Restaurant. The buffet at Dutch
Valley Restaurant frequently includes broasted chicken, roast beef, ham, mashed
potatoes, bread dressing, a salad bar and desserts.
Cost of the day is $38, which includes the bus ride and all costs associated with
lunch. You can sign up and pay in the East Foyer before or after a WHC service.
