Irrevocable Gifts
For the gifts and calling of God are irrevocable.
– Romans 11:29
What has the Lord called you to do? The anointing follows the calling, and His
gifts and callings are without repentance. Other translations say they are
irrevocable. In other words, God will not take them back. God gives no
refunds. He operates on a no exchange policy.
If you are not anointed to do a given work, stay away from it. Otherwise, you
will find yourself working in the flesh, and your ability will be limited to
your own strength.
Find your place in the body of Christ and fill it. No task God has called you to
do is too small or too great. If you have stepped out of God’s calling, don’t
worry, He will always help you step back into your topos or position of
opportunity. He never gave you a gift that He ever asked you to return. He
loves you and desires to see you fulfill your divine purpose in Him.
I am anointed and appointed by You, Lord. You have given me gifts to
accomplish Your calling upon my life.
